Credits, Referrals & Promotions

1. Account Credits

From time to time, Zest Events & Catering administration may issue an Account Credit to your profile. These credits are governed by the following rules:

• Automatic Application: Credits are automatically applied to your next eligible direct online order at checkout to reduce the total payable. For quote and admin flows, application may occur as shown or recorded.
• No Cash Value: Credits are strictly non-cash and non-transferable to other accounts or entities.
• No Expiry: Unless expressly stated at the time of issuance, account credits do not expire.

2. Referral Rewards

We appreciate it when you introduce colleagues and other businesses to our services. A genuine referral that results in a completed first eligible order from the recipient earns you a reward.

• Reward Value: A verified 10% discount off your next eligible order, applied at checkout after any account credit has been deducted. Only one valid referral reward can be used per eligible checkout.
• Genuineness: The referral must be for a new, independent customer with verified recipient details.
• Expiry: Referral rewards expire as shown in your account (currently configured to 90 days from issuance).

3. Audit & Abuse Prevention

We maintain strict audit trails for all credits and referral claims.

Any self-referral, use of duplicate or fake details, or abuse of the promotions system is strictly prohibited. Zest Events & Catering reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks, reverse credits or discounts, and suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity.
